I have worked in the finance industry for over 30 years now so i have had my share of experiences with realtors. Louie is the best, THE BEST, i have ever worked with. He is thoughtful, patient, kind, accessible, fair, real and he treated us so very well. It was only later when we talked about it on  the day we closed and got our keys that he said he treats everyone the same...and he really does do just that. He is a master and it shows and one of my favorite things he says is "I gotta guy..." which means he is resourceful...You truly could not be in better hands. I recommend him entirely...

Super awesome stress free experience!! He is the reason our house was able to sell quickly and successfully! Louis has great connections and resources within the local community for construction needs, termite needs, Locksmiths, handyman, plumbers, painters and repairmen of any kind for any  problem you need repaired. He has a good gauge on the local market values too. He always stays calm, collected and level headed no matter what is thrown at him. He is good at problem solving too. He was quick to respond to any texts, calls or email. He really carried any and all stress so we as the seller could have the most stress free experience available. He is tech savy and up to date with real estate internet marketing that reaches a large pool of potential buyers. We were impressed that he was willing and able to accommodate electronic signatures and remote closings if needed. We would love to work with Louis again as a buyer or a seller in the future.

What can I say about Louis?? He got me a house!! Me?!! During the course of buying my house, (hehe, my house!!) there were soo many unique challenges, with my lender, my wife and my credit issues, and quirky sellers just to name a few.. One place were I had absolutely NO challenges, doubt, or issues was with my realtor Louis Creten!! He established a very friendly and warm repore with my family immediately! He was friendly and warm….. But he was also a fighter!! If Louis could get my deal done, then trust me, he can help you too.. I am also a small business owner so, my deal was not shy of unique challenges, but Louis rose to the occasion! He just would not give up, until I had the keys to my new home in hand! After the deal was closed he sent my family to an awesome Cuban/Fusion dinner at Don Juan’s (which I highly reccomend), and he even bought my an insurance policy for 1yr. that covers electric, plumbing, and more! I’ve already saved over $1000 by using the policy that he bought us!! His knowlege of the area is extensive, and his roledex of “honest” contractors is indespensible! Louis calls me every couple months just to check up and say hi, and to make sure that we are still in love with our new home……. And we are!!! I wanted the perfect retreat up and away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, and now I have it! My own slice of mountain heaven.. I do not believe it to be an over exaggeration, when I tell you that if we didn’t have Louis in our corner, theres a good chance that we would’nt now be home owners.. My wife and I think the world of our realtor, and will be using him in the future for all real estate purchases.. Your looking for a realtor and you end up with a friend!
